Register for SNGs Quickly with Easy Seat Pro

Are you a single-table SNG player who needs help identifying the best games and auto-registering for them?  Consider adding Easy Seat Pro to your software arsenal.

The site offers a seven-day trial and if you like what you see, you can purchase the Small-Stakes version for $49.99, the Mid-Stakes version for $99.99, and the High-Stakes version for $199.99.  While the license might seem expensive at first, when you consider the amount of time you spend in the lobby, this software should be able to increase your efficiency by auto-registering you for any SNGs you desire.  Each license is good for 12 months from the time you purchase it.

Easy Seat Pro currently only works with PokerStars and is very easy to install and set up.  Their software works by you programming the number of games you want to play at one time and the total number of games you want to play during your entire session.  Easy Seat Pro will then auto-register for single-table SNGs, leaving you to playing and not spending time in the lobby hunting for games.

You will also need to provide the Easy Seat Pro software pre-programmed scores for players based on the color-coded notes you have on them.  For example, if you color your fish green, you can give a score of 10 for each fish appearing in the lobby of that SNG.  You can then program your solid players with -5 score and tell Easy Seat Pro to only register for SNGs that have a score over a certain amount.

If you are a player who already utilizes the color code scheme for different types of opponents, this can be very powerful.  To further elaborate, you might use one color for a calling station and assign him a score of 10 and another color for spewtard and assign him a score of 8.  You can give your good regular players different colors that will correlate to negative scores.

Easy Seat Pro will then auto-register based off the total score of the current players who are registered for a SNG.  Easy Seat Pro will skip over SNGs that you deem aren’t as profitable as others based on this criteria, thus not only increasing your win rate from not spending time in the lobby, but also making sure the tables you have running are potentially better for your hourly win rate.

If you tend to not take many notes since you rely on your HUD, it will take a little time to get the color-coding correct to properly utilize this aspect of the program.  If you tend to play games that are not single-table SNGs, Easy Seat Pro will not assist you with those.

There have been some complaints in a Two Plus Two thread for heads-up SNG players that the games register too quickly and wind up auto-registering for an empty SNG.  Also for heads-up SNG players who have their auto-rematch setting turned on, Easy Seat Pro will not have an accurate number of SNGs for you and could auto-register you for more heads-up SNGs than you desire.
