PokerStars Filtered SNG Opener

Poker software is available to help players with virtually every part of their game.  Many very successful sit and go players utilize software to track statistics on other players, find leaks in their own game, track results, do ICM calculations, manage their bankroll, and more. The list goes on for days.  Sit and go grinders put in high-volume sessions day in and day out.  They understand that variance can be brutal at times, so one of the ways to combat it is by playing high volume.  

However, this strategy has one downside that can be very frustrating: The registration process can be difficult when you already have 10+ tables going and need to register for additional sit and gos.  Many players still sign up for these tournaments manually, but risking a misclick and/or timing out can be an issue.  

The goods news is that there is now an AutoHotKey (AHK) tool called Stars Filtered SNG Opener that will automatically register you through a Graphical User Interface (GUI).  Simply fill in the GUI and “Submit + Run”.  You’ll be playing as many sit and gos as you want at the level you’re comfortable with in no time.

This script offers a ton of different filters within the GUI that makes it fully customizable.  There are three different tabs within the GUI (pictured at right) where you can indicate your desired functions.    

General Tab
Once you open the script, these features will be pretty self-explanatory.  You will be able to:  
- Control how often you register (in seconds)
- Control the number of sit and gos that are open
- Limit the number of sit and gos that are open  
- “Submit + Run” the script
   
Advanced Settings Tab
Some of the features in this tab will allow you to:
- Select your lobby theme
- Choose if you want to close your table lobbies
- Disable the script if the user input ceases
- Register in batches or sets (for example, keep a certain number of sit and gos going or register for a specific number and then stop)
- Indicate how many attempts you want to scroll down in the lobby to find a sit and go to register

Registered in Tournaments Tab
This tab simply lets you know how many tournaments you are registered in.  You can manually populate this list by pressing F11.

There are a couple of disclaimers made by the script’s author.  As long as these issues are handled initially, you shouldn't have any problem registering:
 
1. Make sure you are on the correct buy-in level tab and have the right sit and gos filtered before hitting “Submit + Run.”
2. Make sure to uncheck “Auto-Open Sit & Go Lobby” in the “Advanced Multi-Table Options” within the Options menu on PokerStars.

These two things must be taken care of in order to ensure that you do not auto-register away your bankroll!
