Dollar to Big Blind Converter Coming Soon

For those of us who grind cash games about every day of the week, it is very easy to let the size of our bankroll influence the way we play.  When we have to move down in stakes due to a big downswing, we oftentimes leak money at the tables by playing pots we wouldn’t have at our normal level.  We feel like we’re stuck and need make up ground quickly, which usually leads to riding the downswing even further.

On the flip side, when we move up in stakes, there are many times that we miss out on +EV situations due to playing too tight because losing a buy-in hurts much more that it used to at the level we played previously.  If you are used to playing $1/$2 No Limit Hold’em and move up to $2/$4 No Limit Hold’em, then you always have a $400 stack staring you in the face as you think about how much it would hurt to get stacked.  If there were a way to remove certain elements from the table so that we aren’t constantly thinking about the monetary value of each hand we play, we would most likely play better poker.  In the very near future, we will have a tool available that will allow us to customize our stacks in a way that makes playing higher stakes less intimidating and makes lower stakes not seem so insignificant.

For quite some time now, the poker forums have been buzzing with a very specific software request.  Players want a GUI interface, script, or some type of modifier that removes the dollar amount from our stack sizes and presents it in big blinds instead. This concept can have a very significant impact on our overall profitability when moving up and down in levels.  This way, you will always be staring at the same information, big blinds.

If you are a player who started out grinding eight tables at the $0.25/$0.50 level and now play $2/$4, the transitions between the levels were probably tough to get used to. One of the reasons the adjustments are difficult is because a standard opening raise is $12 at the $2/$4 level, not $1.50 like it was at $0.25/$0.50.  Playing with traditional dollar amounts shown in our stacks is much different than simply raising three big blinds regardless of the stakes you play.

Although the software remains nameless so far, we should have something to announce to you in the near future with all of the details.  A dollar to big blind converter could provide you with just the edge you need at the tables by allowing you to worry about making the right decisions in a hand instead of thinking about how much money is involved.

If you have comments on the new program, please make a post in the Software Discussion Forum and we will do our best to find out what we can.  Also, if you have any feature suggestions, please post those as well and we will get them to the developers.  Stay tuned!  A great new program is just around the corner.

Millionaire and Cranium are great fun, but you need to buy them.I like charades, betlee and room pictionary.Room Pictionary (for 10)Nominate one person to be the Word Boss1. Divide into teams of 3 people (change numbers as needed). The teams can sit in a room each or all in one room if they are going to whisper.2. The Word Boss makes a list of words and sits in a room3. One person from each team (drawers) approaches the Word Boss and to start, the Word Boss tells them all the first word on the list.4. The drawers go back to their teams and all race to draw the word. Normal pictionary rules are followed no talking by the drawer, no gestures, etc. When someone in the team guesses the word, they race back to the Word Boss and declare the word. The Word Boss then gives them the next word on the list, and that person then goes back to their team to draw it.We normally use about 10 words and it's quite common for one team to get 2-3 words ahead or something. If you include a couple of REALLY tricky words in there, it evens up the playing field. The winning team is the first team to get the final word correct.

You need a tv tuner card installed in an open slot and the aaopicltipn.software run. This may be tuff to do in a notebook because there is not much space in the case.

I'm actually seirrpsud that Justin Bieber is not dominating that list. Thank God, actually. Facebook has so many millions of users, and I am more often taken aback that they are head and shoulders over Twitter, with Twitter getting the majority of hype from media. Also I certainly expected anything about Facebook for Every Phone would be one of the top runners since way more people own a phone than a computer. Interesting post. http://bwhrbyhn.com ceawytnngbg [link=http://jrkawnmzw.com]jrkawnmzw[/link]

An auto insurance QuotesChimp, whether in a fault or no-fault state, is really a combination of several different coverages tied up in one package. Some of these coverages protect third parties and some protect the insured directly. Some of the coverages are mandatory and some optional. The differing coverages are priced separately and added together to come up with the total premium cost.
