In mid-January, Rubie took down the first event of the 2012 Aussie Millions, outlasting 946 opponents in a $1,100 buy-in tournament that took five days to complete. Rubie wound up battling for the title against Scott Wilson and maintained his chip advantage throughout until he had the ring in hand. For his efforts, Rubie won AUD $200,000 and an Aussie Millions gold ring. He just recently turned 21 and has been playing poker full-time for two years.
Rubie was ranked as the #1 online poker tournament player in Australia for a good part of 2010 and has victories in the PokerStars Wednesday Quarter Million, two FTOPS events, and the Full Tilt $1K Monday on his impressive poker resume.
Warrington, who lives in Spain and goes by the online name "KidCardiff6," has been one of the top-ranked online tournament players in Europe for a couple of years and captured a Triple Crown by winning three online poker tournaments on three different sites in a week's time.
His total online poker earnings recently lapped $1,500,000 all-time and he has several five-figure live poker cashes, including final tables at the Welsh Open Main Event along with a deep run in EPT Barcelona for $20,502.
Jace is another highly ranked poker tournament pro who resides in Massachusetts and goes by the name "aaaaaaaa" online. He's been playing online poker for nearly a decade and has had a remarkable amount of success in major online events over the years.
With more than $3,000,000 in career online tournament earnings - over $1 million of which is profit - Jace has final tabled the PokerStars Sunday Million weekly flagship event five times and has two victories. He has a fifth place effort in the WCOOP Main Event for $200,000 along with a win in the FTOPS Main Event for $385,000. On the live tournament circuit, Jace has finished in the top 200 twice in the WSOP Main Event.
Tournament Poker Edge is recognized as one of the premier poker training services and boasts the recent additions of Mike "GoLeafsGoEh" Leah and Marc "aznAllin007" Alioto as well.
