Top Shark Adds Favorites and Opponents Data on Website
If you haven't heard by now, Poker Pro Labs has a product called
Top Shark, which tracks tournaments and sit and gos across most of the major online poker networks.
Top Shark is very easy to use. All you need to do is enter a player’s online poker screen name and this web-based service will search for their statistics. You can further filter by site as well, but it is not necessary.
Poker Pro Labs recently redesigned the program's website, adding tabs for "Favorites" and "Opponents." Both of these tabs are great additions to the
tracking site.
The "Favorites" tab allows you to find which tournaments and sit and gos you, a friend, or someone you back online are most profitable in and which ones give you the biggest downswings. You can see how you can immediately improve your profitability using this tool to hone in on the games you do the best in and discard games that give you headaches.
Online poker backers should greatly benefit from this tool by easily being able to fine-tune what games their horses should be playing.
The "Opponents" tab shows you how you do against a specific player who enters the same tournaments and sit and gos that you do. While this does not have a huge benefit for tournament players, single-table sit and go players can quickly see who is in a lobby waiting for a game to start and not only look up their stats, but also see how well they performed against everyone in the past.
Prior to the addition of these two new tabs, you could search for yourself, your favorite online player, or an opponent at your tables and then sift through separate tabs for "Summary Profile," "Scheduled," "Sit and Go," "Heads-Up," and "All." Having all of this data easily sorted in the new tabs makes life easier and prevents you from having to perform more filtered searches.
The statistics that are available on most of the tabs are player name, rating, poker network, games played, average profit, average ROI, total profit, average buy-in, ITM%, wins/losses, early finishes, middle finishes, middle-late finishes, and what filter you used. The data can be filtered by date or last number of games played.
Below the statistics is an easy-to-read graph showing the peaks of how a player performed. The graph displays how someone did on a cumulative level along with a chart showing how they performed day by day.
Below the graph is how a player did in their most recent 20, 50, or 100 tournaments. You can also find more specific tournaments by scrolling up or down from there.
Top Shark allows you up to 20 free searches per day. If you are constantly in need of searching people, you will want to upgrade to one of their plans that allows you more searches. The program also has an optional
Super HUD that displays
Top Shark statistics over your opponents while playing. You will need a subscription service in order to use
Super HUD due to the number of searches it generates.
I find
Top Shark very simply laid out, with the graphs being very clear and easy to use. As someone who backs players, I am happy I have another tool to assist my horses in getting in the right games.

Plug in the charger. Insert the baertty. Look at the little light on the charger. It will probably blink while the baertty charges and become a steady light when charged.BUT: What does your user manual say?Call if this gets too complex. 800.OK-CANONIt takes about 2 hours to charge my Li-ion baertty.References : digiPro
